The location is superb, just a short walk from the DART station, making travel easy. The shower in the bathroom delivered hot water quickly and had great pressure, which I appreciated after a long day of exploring. I found the room spacious and comfortable, suitable for a family. However, there were a few downsides. The heater in the room was tricky to adjust, leading to a chilly night. Additionally, noise insulation isn't great. outside noise made it hard to sleep at times. The milk sachets in the room were out of date, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but some improvements could enhance future stays.

The stay was fantastic, especially with the proximity to Dalkey Castle and Heritage Centre, just a short stroll away. I loved the clean and comfortable family room, which made it a cozy base for exploring the charming town. Most enjoyable was the vibrant atmosphere of the nearby pub, which was a perfect spot to unwind after a day out. The service was top-notch, making the experience that much better!

the continental breakfast was just ok, nothing special as I woudl have expectd from such a highly-rated place. plus, the noisy view outside my window made it hard to sleep, too. I almost though of giving this a higher rating but, where was my complimentary drink for the inconvenience? very disappointing overall.

We enjoyed our family room, which was spacious and perfect for our three kids. The location was a gem—just a quick stroll to the beach where we tried windsurfing. The pub next door had a delightful vibe and yummy food.
My wife says that more seating options for families would have been helpful.

Perfect location and comfortable stay
The location is absolutely ideal, just a 3-minute walk from the DART station which makes traveling along the east coast a breeze. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice with a great shower. The breakfast at the pub next door was delicious, definitely a highlight. However, I would have appreciated a bit more privacy by having curtains or a better setup to block the views from outside.

Just a suitable option for resting at all in Dalkey with very good value for money. The big shower really helped me refresh after exploring the area. A second-floor room might offer better privacy.
